Meet Sarah Schwartz

A Jewish Realtor With St. Johns County Roots

I was born in Baltimore, where my grandfather sold commercial real estate. My family moved to Florida when I was nine, and I graduated from Nease High School right here in St. Johns County. After living in Savannah, San Diego and Honolulu, I came home, and I’ve been helping families buy and sell here since 2019. Today I live here with my husband, Zach, our son, Myles, our daughter, Sadie, and our two Dalmatians, Alby and Penny.

Being Jewish shapes how I work. Show up. Tell the truth. Treat people like family. That’s what I grew up with, and it’s what every client gets from me.
