What Makes Me Different?
There are more than 12,000 Realtors in Northeast Florida. Some are part time, many are new or inexperienced and some are experienced. Only a few agents do many transactions, while many do very few. So how do you choose which one is the best fit for you? I’m a full time agent servicing buyers and sellers in Northeast Florida. In just a few years I’ve grown to become one of Jacksonville’s top agents. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in any situation, first time home buyers, relocation, military transfers and new construction. My philosophy of "no one likes to wait" means I’ll answer you promptly and I pride myself on having information ready before you realize you need it. Most of the people I work with come to me through referrals or are past clients and I believe this goes to show how satisfied people who choose to work with me are. I work extremely hard to make sure that the entire process is as seamless as possible. From our first conversation you’ll find that I’m prepared, prompt and ready to work for you.
Why I Became a Realtor
Real Estate is truly perfect for me! I made one of my best career decisions in 2019 when I decided to become a Realtor. My friends and family encouraged me to take the leap because they all knew I was a natural. My dad was in sales for most of his life and his father was a commercial realtor in Baltimore, MD. Real estate is basically in my blood. Prior to Real Estate I worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions from physical therapy companies to Nordstrom to 1800 Flowers. Within each organization, I won award after award for highest sales, fastest growth and leadership. My Real Estate career has fallen right in line. My determination to be the best and to help people brought me to 2019’s Rookie of the Year and since then I’ve become a top 1% agent in Northeast, FL and top 5% in the country!
What Makes Me... Me
I’m originally from Baltimore, MD (Go Orioles!!) and moved to the sunshine state when I was 9. I graduated from Nease High School and no, I don’t know Tim Tebow 😂. After high school I moved to Orlando, FL for college and came back to Jacksonville a year later to finish my degree in Marketing. In the years following, I moved to Savannah, San Diego, Honolulu, back to San Diego and ultimately back to Jacksonville, my home. I love Disney... a lot. I love to travel and explore new places and cultures! I love the outdoors, whether its hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing or anything else. I love ALL seasons and try to see snow at least once a year. I have some of the best friends and family that anyone could ask for.
Friends Forever
With all of my moves around the country, I’m fortunate to have some of the most amazing friends and supportive family ever. Some of my closest friends date back to the wonderful summers of lifeguarding in the early 2000's at Adventure Landing, Jacksonville’s waterpark, and others date as far back as elementary school. Each city I’ve lived in and moved from forced me to leave behind lifelong friends that I still speak to daily. Not to mention all the amazing friends I’ve made through the local community here in Jacksonville. With all of my experience in moving and making friends, I hope you'll allow me to help guide you through this intricate and exciting process not just as your Realtor, but also as your friend.
My Life Now
I’m married to my wonderful husband, Zachary, and we have 1 amazing son, Myles, and 2 Dalmatians, Alby and Penny. I’m very involved in the Jewish community locally and Nationally including being a member of the National young leadership cabinet and serving as the chair for the local Jacksonville Jewish Federations young professional division. I’ve also volunteered with Jewish Family Community Services, Best Buddies of Northeast Florida and other local organizations. I have proudly grown my Real Estate business tremendously over the last few years with the help of my friends, family, social media and my YouTube channel!
