Ebony Lopez brings more than fifteen years of operations management and client relations experience to the Sarah Schwartz Group, with a career built on being the steady hand behind the scenes of fast-moving businesses. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Argosy University along with a Professional Coaching Certification, and has spent recent years as an independent operations consultant designing CRM workflows, building onboarding and training systems, and helping companies turn everyday chaos into repeatable process. Earlier in her career she worked in real estate as a Client Concierge and Transaction Manager, coordinating deals from offer letter through closing and building the relationships with agents, lenders, and title companies that keep a transaction on track.

At the Sarah Schwartz Group, Ebony leads client operations and care by owning the systems, communication, and follow-through that make every client feel looked after from first hello to long after closing. A Jacksonville local with a real passion for community and a knack for technology and automation, she's the kind of behind-the-scenes partner who lets Sarah and the team stay focused on what they do best.
