About Ashley Connell

Ashley Connell brings nearly a decade of real estate operations experience to the Sarah Schwartz Group, having built her career keeping brokerages organized, compliant, and running smoothly behind the scenes. She got her start with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage, helping oversee compliance across more than ten offices, before stepping into Director of Administration at DJ & Lindsey Real Estate, where she onboarded 200+ agents and built the systems, SOPs, and training platforms that kept a fast-growing brokerage moving. Ashley later founded her own company, Elite Agent Resource, providing transaction coordination for agents and brokers across Northeast Florida, and most recently managed daily operations for a busy Jacksonville investment firm.

As the Sarah Schwartz Group's Operations & Transaction Coordinator, Ashley manages contracts from initiation to closing, oversees listing logistics and compliance, and builds the systems that let the team stay focused on clients. Ashley pairs a sharp eye for detail with a calm, get-it-done approach. The kind of behind-the-scenes engine that keeps every one of Sarah's transactions on track.
