After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Business with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Zachary began an entrepreneurial career that led to owning and operating businesses related to software, construction and marketing. Upon creating a digital marketing firm in Jacksonville, FL, Zachary managed the social media and website marketing for more than 50 businesses locally. With a knack for digital marketing, Zachary manages the marketing for both the business and clients for the Sarah Schwartz Group.

Zachary is currently a licensed Residential Contractor focusing solely on new construction and working exclusively for Sarah's clients. From reviewing inspection reports to making necessary repairs or remodeling it helps to have an in-house Contractor available at a moments notice. Zachary handles whatever is necessary for Sarah's clients to sell or buy their current or future homes. Together, Sarah & Zachary make a dream team.
